Area information. Our area pages include information about transport, schools, conservation areas and local history, gathered from public sources and believed correct at the time of writing. Timetables, school arrangements and planning designations change. Please check anything you intend to rely on.
Nothing on this site is a valuation. Any figure we discuss with you is a market appraisal based on our experience and on comparable evidence. It is not a formal valuation by a qualified valuer, and it should not be used as one for lending, probate, tax or matrimonial purposes.
